We use a CDN (content delivery network) that has maintained a 99.9% uptime over the last 3 years. However if your website ever goes down or you need to make an immediate change, you can contact us at any time and we'll work to make sure it's fixed as soon as possible.

We don’t offer that option and here’s why: A custom website from a typical agency costs thousands of dollars because it takes a long time to design and build a quality website. We provide the same quality website (even better, sometimes) but with much lower up-front costs. We do that by charging a monthly fee. We recoup our costs over time while you get to have a great website plus all the support you need to tweak things or make changes. On-site IT support is included!
